Option: "Hot Stone Bath"
Hot Stone Bath is a popular medication practiced in Bhutan since time immemorial.

We will arrange a visit to such an event to offer insight into an
old bhutanese tradition.

A hot-stone bath is believed to have certain medical benefits from the minerals contained in the stones and no side effects. Water must be collected from a clear spring to be free from pollutants and agricultural contaminations. Adding aromatic or medical herbs, collected in pollution free high altitude areas, further enhances the healing power of the bath.
A hot stone bath is most effective when the water temperature is at the highest level a person can bear sitting immersed in the water for appr. 20 minutes. The more he sweats, the better for him.
